Fitch Upgrades Sri Lanka Telecom’s Rating
Fitch Ratings has upgraded Sri Lanka Telecom PLC's national long-term rating to 'AA+(lka)' from 'AA-(lka)', following recalibration of the country's rating scale. The upgrade reflects changes in relative creditworthiness after Fitch raised Sri Lanka's sovereign IDR. SLT remains constrained by its parent's weaker credit profile.
