Fuel Prices Adjusted: Diesel Gap Narrows, Petrol Gap Widens
Sri Lanka's November fuel price revision narrowed the gap between auto diesel and its cost-recovery formula price, while increasing the difference for petrol. Despite a Rs. 10 increase in petrol prices, the retail-to-formula gap widened by Rs. 6 to Rs. 57 per litre. Diesel pricing saw a smaller gap of Rs. 62 compared to Rs. 75 previously.
