Turkish Chefs Return for Flavours of Türkiye
Four Turkish chefs—Ali Taşpınar, Caner Dolu, Mehmet Erdoğan and Feyzullah Kalkan—are cooking at Shangri-La Colombo's Central Restaurant from October 30 to November 7, 2026. The event, organized with the Embassy of Türkiye, features Turkish dishes like hummus, börek, kebabs, and baklava, accompanied by Turkish music, offering diners a cultural experience.
