High Commissioner of India to Sri Lanka Santosh Jha has visited former President Mahinda Rajapaksa at his private residence in Hambantota today.
Indian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Santosh Jha met with former President Mahinda Rajapaksa at his private residence in Tangalle on Wednesday. The meeting took place after Rajapaksa was forced to vacate his official state residence in Colombo under a new law that removed perks and entitlements for former heads of state. Rajapaksa has since moved back to his family home, Carlton House, in Tangalle.
