A national newspaper reported today (28) that the Minister said Arjuna Mahendran, residing in Singapore as a citizen of that country, changed his name. The Minister mentioned that under Singaporean law, there is no capability to bring a citizen of that country to Sri Lanka. Information received by the Criminal Investigation Department revealed that Arjuna Mahendran changed his legal name to 'Harjan Alexander'.
