EPF Increases Stake in ACL Cables to 10%
The Employees' Provident Fund increased its shareholding in A C L Cables PLC from 9.6% to 10% of the issued share capital through a series of transactions, as reported on September 30, 2026.

The Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) Department has increased its shareholding in A C L Cables PLC to 10% of the company's issued share capital through a series of transactions, according to a disclosure made under Appendix 8A of the Colombo Stock Exchange Listing Rules. The EPF Department held 68,858,834 shares, representing 9.6% of the company's issued shares, as at 30 June 2026.
