Emirates Group reports US$1.1 billion profit amid Gulf conflict
The Emirates Group posted a half-year profit before tax of US$1.1 billion for the 2026-27 financial year, down 66% from last year. Despite operational disruptions and soaring fuel prices, revenue fell 12% to US$18 billion. Passenger numbers dropped by 22%, but cargo performance improved, contributing to revenue stability.
