Cabinet Approves Rs 700 Million Canal Tourism Project
The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a Rs. 700 million tourism development project for the Hamilton Canal, Negombo Lagoon and surrounding areas in the Western Province. The initiative aims to transform these locations into a major nature-based and heritage-focused destination.
