The Colombo Stock Exchange witnessed a 10.97 percent decline in the first ten months of 2026, with the All Share Price Index closing at 20,142.33 points on October 30. The market lost Rs. 441.17 billion in October alone, reducing total market capitalization to Rs. 7,107.01 billion.
