COLOMBO - The Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka (HRCSL) has summoned the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Homagama Police Station and two other police officers to appear before the commission tomorrow (Oct 29) regarding the death of a suspect in police custody. Concurrently, the Western Province South Crimes Division has recorded statements from multiple personnel at the Homagama Police Station.
