Sri Lanka's SLTB buses fit for operation
Only about 5,000 of Sri Lanka Transport Board’s 7,130 registered buses are currently fit for operation. Deputy Minister Dr. Prasanna Gunasena revealed that over 2,000 SLTB vehicles remain out of service. The number of private buses varies across provinces, with the Western Province leading with 5,524.
