The Colombo High Court ordered the case against former minister Duminda Dissanayake and a Kazakhstani woman named Aigul Shergasina, who are named as defendants in the incident involving a gold-plated firearm seized at the Havelock City housing complex, to be called on November 4. The case was taken up before Colombo High Court Judge Udesh Ranatunga.
