Fitch Upgrades Three Banks, Downgrades One
Fitch Ratings upgraded the national long-term ratings of three Sri Lankan banks—Bank of Ceylon, People's Bank and Commercial Bank of Ceylon—to 'AA+' from 'AA-' while downgrading Cargills Bank to 'A-' from 'A(lka)'. The changes follow a sovereign rating upgrade by Fitch.
