The Colombo Fort Magistrate's Court today rejected the anticipatory bail application filed by former IGP Deshabandu Tennakoon. Tennakoon had sought anticipatory bail to prevent his arrest in connection with an ongoing investigation, but the court refused to grant the request after considering submissions.
