Under the transaction, Dialog's wholly owned subsidiary, Digital Holdings Lanka (Private) Limited, sold a 16.65% stake comprising 3.75 million shares to Sunshine Healthcare, a subsidiary of Sunshine Holdings PLC, for Rs.312.17 million. Following the transaction, Sunshine Healthcare holds 21.92% of Digital Health, while Nawaloka Hospitals has increased its stake from 8.77% to 12.12%.
