Heavy rains : Traffic disrupted across Colombo, Gampaha, and Divulapitiya routes
Traffic has been disrupted on several roads due to the heavy rains experienced in several parts of Sri Lanka today.

Several roads have been inundated due to heavy rainfall. Police say that vehicular movement has been disrupted on the Colombo-Avissawella main road as it has been flooded in the Puwakpitiya Pahana area. These warnings have been issued to remain in effect for the next 24 hours.
