The final rites of L.P. Godfrey Dabrera, who devoted many years of service to Sri Lankan cricket, will be held in Chilaw tomorrow (Oct. 01). Mr. Dabarera passed away yesterday and his remains are currently lying at his residence at 21/1, Kurukulawa,
He served as Secretary of the Chilaw Marians Cricket Club and also held positions including President of the Gampaha District Cricket Association (GDCA), and Vice President of the North Western Province Cricket Association and Western Province Cricket Association.
