Lanka Walltiles PLC plans to amalgamate its wholly owned subsidiary, Vallibel Plantation Management Limited, with the company immediately after completing its proposed Rights Issue of shares. The proposed amalgamation will be subject to Lanka Walltiles satisfying the solvency test immediately after the amalgamation becomes effective.
