Police have warned of legal action against passengers travelling on expressways without wearing seat belts. He said that if there are only 02 seat belts on the rear seat, only two passengers should travel in that seat. Senadheera further said that legal action would be taken against a third passenger travelling in the middle seat without a seat belt.
