All Divisional Secretaries in the country were summoned to Colombo today to be briefed on the government's 2026 development programs and the Prajashakthi rural development approach. The Divisional Secretaries are set to be briefed on the grassroots implementation of the Prajashakthi program, which is the government's key initiative for eradicating rural poverty.
