The proposed Rights Issue will comprise 401,072,162 new Ordinary Voting Shares at Rs.2.50 per share, raising a total of Rs.1,002,680,407. The Rights Issue will be made based on five new Ordinary Voting Shares for every 12 existing Ordinary Voting Shares held by shareholders. The company currently has 962,573,191 Ordinary Voting Shares in issue, while its current stated capital stands at Rs.2,326,718,963.64.
