Sri Lanka and China have begun discussions on preparations to mark the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations and the 75th anniversary of the Rubber-Rice Pact in 2027.
Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism Minister Vijitha Herath has held discussions with Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka Wei Huaxiang on strengthening bilateral cooperation and preparations to commemorate two significant milestones in Sri Lanka-China relations in 2027.
