Tess Agro PLC has announced plans to raise Rs. 250 million through the issue and listing of unsecured debentures, subject to shareholder

The debentures will have a five-year tenure and will be redeemed at maturity. In addition, the company proposes to issue warrants together with the debentures, on the basis of 40 warrants for every one debenture. The warrants will be listed on the CSE and will be freely transferable, subject to compliance with listing rules.
