Colombo will operate a special traffic management plan this week as the England cricket team begins its tour of Sri Lanka, Police Headquarters announced today.In a statement issued by the Police Media Division, authorities confirmed that traffic regulations will be tightened on January 22, 24, and 27, when international cricket matches are scheduled to be played at the R.
