Twenty-five Inspector Rank police officers, including several Officers-in-Charge (OICs) of police stations and divisions, have been transferred with immediate effect, according to the National Police Commission (NPC).
The National Police Commission has approved the transfer of 25 Police Officers. The OIC of the illegal assets investigation division has been transferred as the OIC of the Kitulgala Police Division. The Head of the National Police Academy has been transferred as the OIC of the Mulleriyawa Police Division.
