It has been decided to close Zones 01 and 02 of Yala National Park from September 14, taking into account
Summary
Steps have been taken to close two blocks of the Yala National Park from the 14th of this month until October 15th. Director General of Wildlife, Ranjan Marasinghe, stated that Block 1 and Block 2 are scheduled to be temporarily closed in this manner due to the prevailing dry weather. He added that the remaining blocks will remain open for public viewing.
