Commissioner General of Motor Traffic, retired Air Vice Marshal Thushara Indunil Fernando, stated that when transferring a vehicle, both the transferor and the transferee must sign the relevant document known as 'MTA 6' and submit its designated copy to the Department of Motor Traffic.
