The suspect was arrested by officers of the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC), following a complaint lodged by a resident of Mulliyawalai area in Mullaitivu. Meanwhile, the PS Chairman's personal driver has also been arrested by the CIABOC.
