The Supreme Court of Sri Lanka today (09) ordered the University Grants Commission (UGC) to strictly enforce the set of guidelines currently in place to prevent ragging in universities. The panel of judges also directed the Minister of Education and Higher Education to provide the necessary financial, technological support and facilities to implement those guidelines effectively.
