In a statement, the Commission said that declarations for 2025 were due by March 31 and had to be submitted to the head of the respective institution by June 30, 2025. However, officials who have still not submitted their declarations by July 31 are now liable to be prosecuted under Section 90 of the Anti-Corruption Act No.
